At a glance

Tonezio requires no account and contains no advertising or third-party behavioral tracking. Microphone audio is analyzed live on your device and is never recorded or sent to us.

Microphone and measurements

The app uses the built-in microphone to calculate frequency information and estimated sound levels. The microphone signal is discarded immediately after analysis. If you record a Tonezio Plus soundcheck, Tonezio saves derived level samples, timestamps, stable Coach observations, markers, possible feedback events and the name you provide.

iCloud and deletion

Saved measurements can be kept in your private iCloud Drive when available. Apple provides that storage. You can delete a soundcheck from History at any time.

Feedback you submit

If you choose to send feedback, your message, selected category, basic app/device diagnostics and any optional reply email are sent to Tonezio’s feedback service through Brevo. This information is used only to respond to feedback and improve Tonezio. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Purchases

Tonezio Plus purchases are processed by Apple. Tonezio reads the verified purchase entitlement but does not operate its own payment server or customer account.
